PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS PARAGRAPH!!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND!!?

It is saying the church should not be organized, but all the men who consider themselves to be vicars (disciples) of Christ should live the life he led, and forget about voting for a Pope, and collecting money, and spending money on immaculate temples, and paying people to do work that only supports the dogmatic messages of the Church, rather than the religious messages of Jesus himself.
