How to convince my dad to get my cartlidge peirced!?

my dad is one of those very traditional men. and he wont let us die our hair or anything! but i really want to get my cartlidge periced . so how can i convinve him! he said once i turn 18. so oviously he doesnt care that much. but please help! i cant really bribe him cause we all have so many chores . like dishes and sweping and garbage and we always have too make sure the house is clean aswell as our rooms. so not much bribery availible. any help!?
