I Think I am Being Cyber-Bullied?

I see no evidence of cyber bullying as there isn't any apparent threats made by this person to you. However, there may be issues of identity theft or stalking that could could come into play. In order for someone to be considered a stalker, you have to have repeatedly asked the person to leave you alone, which doesn't seem to be the case here either. So for the most part, all I can see is a possibility of identity theft of someone acting as or using the identity of another person.
