Is bribery a reason to be kicked out of the National Honors Society?

So I recently ran for NHS President and conducted an honest campaign. However, the person I was running against bribed students to get votes. Even though most people supported me, they gave in to the bribes and elected the opposing runner. Is this grounds for re-election and expulsion from NHS?
