i was issued wid a parkin ticket,but the(scum bag)oficer was just walkin away i,ll never forget de grin on his face,i called after him ,gave him de ticket,in the plastic bag,with �30 inside,he took it n tore up de ticket.n saunterd away 2 do some one else.if he takes 20 bribes a day,he,s makin more money than wayne rooney.
