How do illegals always have thousands of dollars laying around illegals paid $1,500 to $3,000 for each license?

when you work under the table....have 15 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment, all ride the public bus system with their social worker provided bus passes, get food stamps for people who "legally" dont even exist, pop out anchor babies like they are box of twinkies in front of a compulsive eater, and deal some dope on the side.......why would they not have the cash?
