I am trying to get my daughter to eat a more variety of veggies. She eat corn, broccoli, carrots, and dark lettuce- through either negotiation, bribery, or threat of time out. I would like an easier way to do this. She is not unhealthy in anyway I just would like her to eat veggies and not be like me where I do not eat them at all and I only cook them for her and her dad. Any ideas?
