Has the PM lost his wits in asserting "Cash-for-vote scam: Did not bribe anyone, says PM"?

Whatever be the questions raised by the BJP will not yield any result as BJP itself is very weak in putting argument throughly .See yesterdays arguments done by Sibal and Chidambaram.They took it nicely and later by PM himself. I ask BJP, be strong in choosing the words.Even Arun Jaitley could not do anything.So, it is not question of bribery, it is how you take further.There were some good speakers in NDA like Nitish , Fernandas.But today no body is there.Even Advani was mocked by PM.After PM's reply no body can question further.
